First time for posting pictures here so I hope it works!
I know that sometimes it is hard to believe how we change. This is a photo of me at my highest weight waddling about Jackson Hole, Wyoming, one of my very favorite places! I could sit on my hair and had the illusion I could hide behind it....NOT!
And this is a picture of when I'd lost about 125 pounds. Much easier to get about.
