I love the new Good Thins by Nabisco. Mrs. Thinsters Cookie Thins- toasted coconut are great. Pre-pop some 100 calorie popcorn. Parmesan cheese crisps. Nuts.1

Use little jelly jars - put a couple tablespoons of hummus in the bottom, then carrot and celery sticks. Because there's no dairy involved, you don't even have to refrigerate it if you'll be eating it within a few hours. Otherwise, just throw some ice in a cooler0
