what a pig I was yesterday. My dad and I went to Ihop and I got bacon and eggs and hashbrowns and pancakes. I didn't eat all of any one thing, but I sure felt full and I'm sure the calories were high. Then instead of making dinner like I should have, I felt like having some "superbowl" type food so the boyfriend got that 50 nuggets for 8 bucks deal at Micky D's. I had about 14 nuggets over the course of the night, so obviously not as bad as the whole thing, but I also had a large pop and fries, and then a can of pepsi later.

Oh and the boyfriend wanted to go out Friday since it was the weekend and I ended up going over by like 500 calories. I did sooooo bad. I also haven't worked out in like two weeks due to being sick and low on energy. Today is a new day, I'm going out to eat again tonight with a girlfriend but I am sticking to water and a healthy meal, but still, I'm gonna have to work out all week and probably not eat my exercise calories and pray that I stay the same weight, because I don't see a loss in my future this week.

But the positive in this is that you know where you went wrong!!!
Dont despair- every day we are given a new day and another chance to make things right...I say we've all been there...doing perfectly on track and then being run over by the wagon were supposed to be on!! eeeks.
I wish I could say that's the last time, but its going to happen. We're all going to have "One Of Those Days" *( or weekends, or weeks, etc)
Its okay to fall down every so often, its the getting back up that really matters!!

I'm going out on a limb here but ...it's the men in your life  !!
Big calories out with your dad and then football with the bf ...

I've been right where you are ... SEVERAL times .. over and over again!
This is how I changed in the last 3 months and it works 90% of the time.

    number #1
You can NOT change them or their habits .. You can only change yourself and your choices.

    number #2
    Do you want to change?
    Seriously, think about this.

    number #3
If you do want to change, make a small goals, plan ahead, take control of your life.
Make one good choice after the other. One step at a time.

    number #4
If you'd rather have the chicken nuggets, then go sit on the couch and be happy with your choice, Enjoy the nuggets, eat lots if you want ... but don't you dare complain about being "bad" after the fact. Don't justify it ... or make deals with yourself to work out later ... be at peace with the choice.
YOU made the choice, you are not a VICTIM of the circumstance.

Good luck with your journey ... and remember that their are TONS of people here who have been in your shoes and are here to help you every step of the way.

Ah, blame my boyfriend and my dad.....I like that approach. AND my dad had a bowl of peanut M & M's just sitting out on the table....in plain view! I don't even particularily like peanut M & M's, but since they were within reach I just had to have some. Darn him!
