My kids are my main motivation. I need to be the best version of me so I can lead by example. I had weight issues as a kid and was made fun of daily. It hurt my self esteem. I am trying to teach them to love their bodies and how to eat healthy and get movement in everyday.

Wanting to relieve stress is my typical motivator. If I have no motivation, like on those days you just don't want to move, music can get me trough. I have separate play lists for running, lifting, biking, and I even have one for the sauna lol.0

Leading a healthier lifestyle helps with my anxiety, so I don't have to be on pills ('cause I hate those pills).0
