Hi everyone, I suffer from frequent sore back muscles due to working as a residential house cleaner, and was wondering if anyone had any tips to ease and manage the pain.

Foam roller and ice. Maybe a back brace too. Ultimately you may need to see a Doctor. I had back pain too and ended up being the sciatic nerve.

I second the foam roller. I use one almost daily for my chronic back pain. Also started doing some yoga at home - videos on Youtube geared to back pain, sciatica etc. Ice/heat is something to also consider

Better form of how you are bending and bracing your back correctly.

Foam rolling will not do anything permanent and ice only masks the pain and is only useful on a full belly muscle tear.

Back brace would do a thing but a placebo effect if you are sore without one. It's about proper bracing.
