Hello

My name is Katy and I am currently trying to lose 30 pounds. I plan on exercising 5 days a week and plan on eating healthy and using portion control for my food intake. I am 5 foot 9 and currently weight 185. I have a 5 year old son and 3 year old b/g twins. If anyone has any tips on toning up arms and tummy please let me know!

    Welcome i wish you well, I know you can do this, just take one day at a time and before you know it you will have lost 50 pounds.
    My starting weight on this site was 350 my highest weight 369
    Current weight 220
    Goal weight 150

    Hi Katy...I'm new here, too. I'm 5' 10", and a few years ago my weight was at 185. I lost 30 lbs. with Weight Watchers Online program. The weight stayed off for a year, but slowly 13 lbs. have found their way back to me. I like what I've seen on this site, and I like the price, too! So I'm starting today to get those 13 lbs. off, and get back to my comfortable weight. We can do this!
