    This is so me right now. I've been struggling with truly "making a change" and today, I finally decided to give myself a fresh start.

    A switch flipped earlier today letting me know that enough is enough. I am tired of not living my life the way I truly want and no one can change that but me. Working towards living a more authentic version of myself, discovering what I am truly capable of and moving forward in my life and my health and fitness.
