I was going through some old pics today and came across the "before" pic and realized I was wearing the same shirt today at 34 pounds lighter...so thought I would compare... the first two pics are me at 185 and the last pic is me today at 151 lbs.

    lol...yes, the hair had to go as well...

    The big secret is I ate cleaner and started running.

    ETA: The funny thing is...that shirt is the only piece of clothing I kept...but I think I shall set it free!
