I need help with organizing my food for the day so that one meal isn't over balanced. Aiming to keep within 1600 calories. Is there a way to calculate your food dairies before meal time. I like a variety of "normal" foods.

I go to Pinterest for a lot of ideas. The biggest thing to focus on when you start is portion control...

Why don't you log your day the night before? I cook a large meal before my work week begins and portion it out for my lunches during the week. It makes it easier to plan ahead and stay on track.0

not sure exactly what u mean by calculating dairy before meal time but let me try to answer.
u can swipe left on the dairy screen to log foods u like to eat for tmr or any future day. u can also enter foods that u plan to eat later in the day in the dairy screen. u can go to the bottom of the dairy screen n hit nutrients to check the nutrients n macros n see if ur selection of foods fit ur nutrients n vitamins n macros requirements. u can keep going back n forth changing what u could eat until u like the numbers in the nutrients n macros screens.
hope this answer ur question. good luck !
PS u can delete any food selection on any day if ur plan changes so ur meal plan is not written in stone0 -
I prelog my food all the time... Sometimes a week in advance (or more)0
