I couldn't lose any weight, now I'm dropping it easily?

Is this possible? I started off as 120.2 , and after 3 weeks I had only lost a pound and suddenly I've started losing like I should've been. I am not eating under 1,200 calories and i walk for an hour a day. Is this okay? Am I healthy?

Did you just start the walking recently? A new exercise program can cause water retention, which will mask your progress.
Also, at your low weight, weight loss will be very very slow. How tall are you and what's your goal weight?1 -

1% in a week is difficult for someone so very close to optimum, so it makes me think that you're experiencing a whooshlet.1

You can be sure. At that weight people lose that amount in a month. At your weight it might be different.2 -

I agree. At op's weight 1.8lbs is a good chunk of weight to lose. I'm down to the last few lbs, and I'd be overjoyed to lose that much in a week, rather than 4-5 weeks like i currently am2 -

No I've been walking this whole time. I am 5'4, and I'd like to be 110 pounds.
I believe it is unhealthy for you to even to ve striving for this low weight to begin with. At 110 pounds you are at the absolute minimum for a healthy BMI weight. Even now you are less than 20. Maybe you should concentrate not on losing weight but gaining muscle and becoming fitter and healthier rather than becoming skin and bone.2 -
The same thing happened to me...it falls off in chunks lol2

Yeah, I didn't see the scale move for over 3 weeks, then it dropped a pound yesterday and a pound today. I realized I'd forgotten to fill the water carafe by my bed the last two nights, so I suppose it's just water retention and night time water consumption. If you weigh yourself in the morning, it could just be having a drink during the night.
Just don't be worried if it goes up as well as down. It's the trend that matters, after all.1 -
Perhaps your meal planning/accuracy improved over time and before you were eating more than you logged.1
