Does mfp count net or total carbs?

    You can probably find net carb entries for most things if you want to count net carbs though...

    Depends what country the entry comes from. Most countries, aside from the US, list net carbs on the label, so when people enter food into the database, it is often net carbs they're entering.

    Yes this -- depends on the label.

    I live in the US and mainly log from the USDA entries, plus the occasional packaged item (purchased in the US), so my carbs include fiber. If I want to know net carbs (which I do), I do the simple math, and frankly I think it is helpful to see both even if you are doing keto or have some other reason to look at net carbs. Good to see how much fiber is with your carb sources.
