    Hi all. 51 year old single dad with two grade school kids. Working on my getting my carbs down and my weight down. I am not diabetic but I am getting close. I have already got my daily blood sugar readings down to 95. Working on 100 or less carbs a day. Sure do love my bacon :) Add me if you like.

    After some health setbacks (back injury, auto-immune/arthritis diagnosis), I'm recommitting to MFP and my fitness.
