Down again today, but not really enough to make up for last weekend's mess. My average for the week is definitely going to be up. I'll be lucky if I lose 3 lbs at this rate, let alone 8 lol.

Interim GW: 133 although may drop this to 126 depending on how I look/feel when I get there.
Edited to add my first weigh in results from last night, 2lb loss, not a bad start I suppose!!
Weighed in last night and super happy with my results, another 3.5lbs off, so that's over the 5lbs for the month already. Hopefully I can drop say another 3lbs before the end of May.1 -

More weekend mayhem -- I didn't even weigh myself Sat/Sun... All I know is that it is Monday and I am 141.3 -- Ugh!
Hoping it's mostly water weight from having sugary cocktails. I am cutting my carbs and starting a workout program ASAP! Luckily we don't have anymore weekend visitors planned for the remainder of the month. I am thinking to to plan on losing 2 more lbs each of the two remaining weeks in May -- So I am changing my official goal from 8 lbs to 5. I know I can do this, I just have to stop letting the weekend mess me up.
Well done to everyone who has managed to stay on the straight and narrow!

My overall GW is 120 - I've lost 16lbs in total (over 9 weeks), i'm so close!!
No change this week - but it's that 'TOTM'so that could be why (it's happened before)...
I'm just gonna keep doing what i'm doing and hope for a strong comeback next week!

I think that's what happen to me last week - there were no changes but this week I was down 3.5 pounds!! Stay on it!1
