Why do you gain back more fats, carbs, etc. along with calories when you exercise, but not sodium?

I have found that EVERYTHING has sodium in it. Even fresh fruits and veggies.0

Yep I altered mine to 1500 and try and stay under 1000 most days. Not too hard if you're making everything yourself and not just living off "diet bars" etc.0 -
