1 can chicken or beef broth (low sodium)
1 carrot sliced
1 celery stalk sliced
1 medium potato sliced
28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 tbs oregano
2 cloves garlic chopped
salt and pepper to taste
heat celery, onion, carrot in large pot until they start to soften. Add garlic, oregano, broth, tomatoes, and potato-bring to a boil. Add sausage and simmer on low for at least 30-45 mins or until potatoes tender.
It makes 6 servings with only 272 cals per serving! This recipe is in the database as well for other nutritional facts. Enjoy:happy:

I tried this soup and it's fantastic, thank you for sharing! I'm wondering what you called it when you put it in nutritional database? I'll also note that I used turkey Kielbasa and it's still tasty.0
