For about a month now I have been using chia seeds daily. I use just 1 tablespoon and usually add it to either my oatmeal, yogurt, or protein shake. The brand I purchased was spectrum. I really noticed changes in my endurance and appetite, so i have decided to continue using them! With my next purchase I wanted to get a larger bag to last for several months. I got cleopatra's choice, but when I ordered it said alive and aware. On the package there is no nutritional info including calories. It also says you should use 3 tablespoons a day. Was just wondering if anyone else has the same brand and if so what is the nutritional info and how many tablespoons do you use per day??

The brand I have is Ultimate Chialife. I really like them but have been having 1 tbsp. I haven't had them regularly, but have heard sooooooo many good things about them! At 60 cals per serving not sure I want to go with 3 servings per day

The spectrum chia seeds were also 60 calories. I am thinking that is a pretty common number with 1 tablespoon. I agree with you, one tablespoon seems to be plenty and that is what the spectrum recommendations were. I think I may just stick with that but, definitely no more then 2 tablespoons for sure!!! Thanks

I use Alive and Aware, buy them in bulk. They are in the food data base. Good stuff.
