    I absolutely LOVE these weekly challenges, it gives me something to focus on each week!

    "Time to Sweat" Challenge, goal of 420 mins :glasses:

    Last week wasnt the best...I let work get in the way and my eating went off over the weekend... I'm so bloated I dont even want to weigh in yet :sad:

    Anyway I also love the challenges too...I'll aim for 60 mins a day...360 mins this week because I take one rest day

    I am going to aim for 60 minutes for the next 4 days.

    Thursday afternoon we are heading out to go camping with a bunch of friends. I will try and get a walk in Friday and Saturday to offset the extra eating and drinking I'll do.:tongue:


    Oh, and I posted my weigh in. Unfortunatly I am UP .8 Grrrr!

    Monday~ 70 minutes! :happy:

    So I was afraid that I wasn't going to be able to make my committment to a full 60 minutes today.... but instead I got my fanny moving and did 41 mins doing P90X and 46 minute walk= 87 mins.
    Let's keep it going...

    My goal is going to be 60 minutes per day. Good luck to everyone with the challenge, it seems like its harder to work out when its 90 outside.

    I am shooting for 60 min/6 days, 360 total! I need this challenge - have derailed for the last month on working out!

    Monday: 230 min (Maybe a good thing since I got called for jury duty tomorrow)

    This is going to be a very tough week for me time-wise, but I'm committed to continuing with my p90x and walking. I'm aiming for at least 80 minutes of exercise 6 days this week, for a total of at least 480 minutes of exercise for the week.

    Logged my weight gain from vacation poo :( hopefully it will slide off and I can get back on track. 30 minutes of exercise yesterday and will have another 30 today. I really want to start getting up early to get another work out in but I seem to never be able to wake up, any suggestions?
