Here is a great calculator for people to get a "baseline" I am in no way responsible for weight gain if you use it! I use it all the time and I am holding steady at 3200 calories a day for the last couple months(give or take a few on the weekend)

    I compared that against my physicians metabolic test and it was very close! Lots of the other calculators out there are way off. Best one I've seen!

    You can change the ratio's on here to match, lots of good info on there as well. This is a really good read if you have time

    So that includes my exercise. MFP tells me about 1700 calories a day, then I burn 500-600 which is 2300 total. When I tell that site i do 5-6 hours of strenuous exercise it tells me to eat 2300. So basically the same.
