Here is a great calculator for people to get a "baseline" I am in no way responsible for weight gain if you use it! I use it all the time and I am holding steady at 3200 calories a day for the last couple months(give or take a few on the weekend)

I compared that against my physicians metabolic test and it was very close! Lots of the other calculators out there are way off. Best one I've seen!0 -

So that includes my exercise. MFP tells me about 1700 calories a day, then I burn 500-600 which is 2300 total. When I tell that site i do 5-6 hours of strenuous exercise it tells me to eat 2300. So basically the same.0
