How do you record Kinect?

Anyone know how to record XBox 360 Kinect workouts/playing?

Hubby and I used our gift cards from our birthdays to buy one. So far it's a lot of fun!

    I use the heart rate monitor that comes with it but also a polar one for accuracy. The one that comes with the game isn't very accurate. You burn more than it says. I created my exercise to log it.

    I finally got a Heart Rate monitor...I got an inexpensive one at Walmart last week...I actually used it today to log my Kinect workout today. Otherwise I was logging it aerobics...low impact, regular, or high impact depending on the game.

    O.k. then how do you log using a HRM? LOL

    I use the game kinda like a trainer. Then I put the time and calories burned in a custom made cardio exercise I created called EA sports active.
