Well from what I've read, it heats the "cold" fat. That's the fat that is harder to burn because it's been there longer. You burn 900-1200 calories per 55 minute treatment. Supposedly it's not all water. It tightens skin, detoxifies, and reduces cellulite. It's not too expensive either, If it works. Sounds too good to be true.:ohwell:0
