Have I hit a wall? Have I just run out of energy? Do I not care enough? I just don't know.
I started 112kg - now 84 - goal 68
It just feels endless and I got this stupid feeling at moment of will I ever feel slim. I lost 28kg and feel no diff and that's what's annoying me
16 more seems loads still and just feeling at end will I feel same?
Normally so motivated just can't see past the rolls at mo

Well I can certainly see the difference in your profile picture! Well done!

Have you taken any diet breaks?

Huge difference judging from the picture!
But yeah I know the feeling of "nothing has changed" - had that after my 20kg so I took a break and maintained for 8months and then started at it again, full of motivation. Now Im on my last 4kg.

Diet breaks/Maintaining can be really good to get a short break from reducing cals and help you get used to your body! Personally it did for me.

I've lost 50lbs and don't feel any different, but I wasn't really expecting to? I think a lot of people have unrealistic expectations of what actually happens with weight loss. You're still going to be the same person as you were before you lost the weight.

I'm in the same boat. I've lost 50 lbs and even though I feel different I still hate the last 20 I have to lose. I've hit a wall with medications and horrible periods and haven't had much luck losing. Will be talking to my dr. A diet break sounds like a good idea- as long as it doesn't turn in to reverting to unhealthy habits. I wish us both luck!

Not really taken a planned diet break as such but Ive had 3 weeks in November and 3 April may where is stopped going at it full steam due to illness . Cold virus type. Decided was best to focus on maintaining and getting better. I bought a set of resistance bands after my uncharacteristic miserable post. Ive done no excersise on my journey so I think it's time to start and see if toning helps and might kick start more intense work outs
