Other than water

I hate drinking just water when I'm home. I drink it when I'm out but at home I hate it. Tips?

Try flavoring? I drink more water at home if it's really cold and I use a straw.

Flavored seltzer. Wegman's and Polar are my favorites.

And iced green tea! I use one that also has mint and that makes a big difference.

At home, what would you drink otherwise?

Crystal lite packets or tubs... I like the lemonade.

I can't do mio because it aggravates my reflux.

I hate when Pepsi is the only option... I usually pick water over that if there's no diet coke :p

I bought a water diffuser and put slices of lemon in it and keep it in the fridge so my water is akways lemon flavoured. Occasionally I vary it with strawberries or cucumber or other fruit and veg but lemon is my favourite

If you don't want to drink water then drink something else that you enjoy. Any non-alcoholic drink will hydrate you the same as water. If the drink has calories then you'll need to account for that in your daily total but there are lots of low/no calorie drinks to choose from.

Post workout, lite beer is as good or better than Gatorade.

I loooove tea. I have about 20 different teas from David's Tea sitting at my work desk.

Other options are Mio/Crystal Lite, flavoured sparkling water, diet pop.

You can make a pitcher of your own flavoured water to keep in the fridge too. Infuse stuff like citrus (slices of lemon/lime/orange/grapefruit), cucumber & mint, strawberry & basil... yum.

Zero calorie sodas, club soda, seltzer, zero calorie tea, black coffee, zero calorie flavorings... there's a lot of options and alternatives to plain water.
