I have lot of weight to lose, but have set my first goal at 44 lbs. I'm a bit nervous, but hopeful. I plan on working out 6 days a week, which is unusual for me, but I have some tools to accomplish it (stationary bike, wii fit, ymca membership), so I don't think it will be impossible.

    Welcome Hope! This is a good place...I have been on this change of lifestyle journey for about 6 months now and have just about made my first goal of 50 pounds (I have a total of about 150 that I want to lose...so I have a ways to go yet.) MFP has given me the tools to be accountable and I have made some great friends here that are very supportive. I am sending a friend request your way...have a great day! :flowerforyou:
