WEAK......Please help

I can seem to stop smoking and drinking but I can't seem to control my food intake and habits. Please help!!!!

Meal prep!!! Design a vision board. Set small goals (i.e. I will eat clean for two consecutive meals) and big goals (i.e. I won't cheat my diet at all for a week). Most importantly, if you fall short of a goal, FORGIVE YOURSELF, and get right back on track!!

If you can stop smoking and drinking, you CAN control your eating. If you have recently stopped either, you might be trying to change to much at once. Log all your food and start looking at little things you can change. Change them and then add some more when you have adjust to the first changes.1
