Net carbs

Does the food tracker show net carbs or do I have to take grams of fibre away to see net values?

No, it doesn't show net carbs. So yes, you'd need to subtract fiber manually.
Or you can install this to do it for you: https://github.com/Surye/mfp-keto-userscript1 -
I usually include "net carbs" in my search in the database and pick the entries that have subtracted them.1

I am using this app to track food for a LCHF diet as suggested by Diabetes UK to, hopefully, control my Type2 diabetes0

It tracks what you log. If you log UK entries, I don't think the carb count will include fiber (sorry, fibre). If you track US entries (like from the USDA), then the carb count WILL include fiber and you would need to subtract it. If you are mostly using the UK entries, be careful about also taking away fibre.0
