    Thought it was someone quereying their allocation! You would know how many calories if you weighed it! Its the balance of nutrients within a food which matters. I'd be deeply concirned by the disgusting colour round the swirls it looks unnatural to me.

    MFP has an entry for Flavor Burst soft serve, which is what that is. Maybe a cup of ice cream, which would be 420 calories, plus a cake cone for another 15-20.

    I get those when I go to the zoo - about 1/2 that height - and I log 400 cals.

    The picture is pretty zoomed in. When I resize so that the hand is closer to the size of my hand, it looks like the cone is a mini-cone, about 1.5" in diameter at the top. That makes the ice cream about 4" high. Volume of a cylinder with h=4" and d=1.5" is 9.4in^3. A cup is a bit more than 14in^3.

    2 cups is a pint. You can't fit a pint of Ben & Jerry's on a cone and have it look like that.
