So I was afraid that I wasn't going to be able to make my committment to a full 60 minutes today.... but instead I got my fanny moving and did 41 mins doing P90X and 46 minute walk= 87 mins.

I am shooting for 60 min/6 days, 360 total! I need this challenge - have derailed for the last month on working out!
Monday: 230 min (Maybe a good thing since I got called for jury duty tomorrow)

This is going to be a very tough week for me time-wise, but I'm committed to continuing with my p90x and walking. I'm aiming for at least 80 minutes of exercise 6 days this week, for a total of at least 480 minutes of exercise for the week.

Logged my weight gain from vacation poo hopefully it will slide off and I can get back on track. 30 minutes of exercise yesterday and will have another 30 today. I really want to start getting up early to get another work out in but I seem to never be able to wake up, any suggestions?0
