Chocolate NO-BAKE Crunchies

For those with a SWEEET TOOTH!!



1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup corn flakes

1/4 cup raisins


1.) Line baking sheet with wax paper.

2.) Put chocolate chips in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute to melt. Stir until smooth. Gently fold cereal and raisins into chocolate until combined. Be careful, don't crush the cereal!

3.) Drop mixture by TEASPOONFULS onto prepared pan. Chill 45 min.

Nutritional Info Per Cookie: 17 calories, 0 g protein, 3 g carbohydrates, 0 g fiber, 1 g fat, 0.5 g sat fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 8 mg sodium.

    Those sound yummy! And my niece can probably enjoy them as there is nothing there she is allergic to either!

    I used to make that but that whole recipe was one serving for me at the time lol Actually it was an Easter dessert you form them into nests and put jelly beans and one of the yellow chick marshmallows on top.
