Any ideas for no legumes, no onions, and no bananas? It's tough!

Out of those 3 things, the only one I eat on a semi regular basis is onion. I make most of my own food from scratch, and choose products without soy where I can.
Just don't eat those foods? Soy and onions would probably be most difficult to avoid if you're eating out or eating processed foods - make stuff yourself so you know what's going in it.0 -
