Hi, I'm Marshall and teach culinary arts. Rehabilitating from a hip revision due to an auto accident and working off the rich food of South Louisiana that has found what once was my waistline. I was a lineman in college and hope to lose a hundred pounds. Currently I'm walking 1-2 miles daily on the track, 2-4 miles daily on the stationary bike, weight training every other day, eating a plant based diet while limiting carbohydrates.
