Chicken satay recipe

Hey,

Anyone got a nice peanut sauce recipe for chicken satay? I've the chicken marinating overnight in 'stuff' but need a dipping sauce recipe. LOVE LOVE LOVE chicken satay. I have one from the Ellie Krieger book but just wanted to see if anyone else has one.

I've a friend staying over with me tonight and we are both on our own weight loss journey so chicken satay with salad on the menu.

BUMP - oh my god i LOVE satay chicken!!! i'm going to Singapore in September and i'm gonna eat loads of it!! I'll try get a recipe of my indonesian friend her mum and family make the BEST indonesian food!
