Dont worry ill never call myself vegan unless i adopt it fully, just using it to describe my recent eating habits.
This whole being 35, mom of 3 ,full time student and working is not easy for weight loss. I've been stagnet for too long. Finals recently just got me fluffier. I Upped my workouts recently went mostly "vegan". I can't even explain how much better I feel. My BP (which I am on medication for) has gone way down, just in a few weeks. I don't think I'll ever completely cut animal products out...heck I have a bunch of chickens in my yard who bless me with breakfast most mornings. Has anyone else gone vegetarian, vegan or mostly veg/vegan and just felt better? I am hoping in time it will help me shed weight as I have about 50 lbs to go.

Good job on the BP. I have been eating a vegan leaning diet for three years and it has definitely helped. I am in no way a vegan but vegan recipes are low calorie "supplements" that I work into my weekly routine. Anything I can do to bulk up my meals with low calorie choices is a win....when I don't feel hungry all my weekly numbers fall into place.
