could anyone please tell me the name of pubs/restruants that have nutritional information on there menus?
also i am going out to eat tonight so should i save all my calories any tips? thankyou! :)

    I think Pizza Express has calorie information on its website :)

    I noticed in Wetherspoons the other day there is a small section of meals under 500 cals and they include the nutritional information. Not a very varied choice but it's a start!

    Pizza express do a new pizza with the hole in the middle filled with salad, heard it advertised on the radio - under 500 cals!! Legera i think.

    try doing a google of the ones you might be going to, that's how i usually find them anyways!

    Pizza Hut, Yo Sushi.

    Bella Italia and Cafe Rouge also have a few healthy options for under 600 calories. Enjoy your meal!
