could anyone please tell me the name of pubs/restruants that have nutritional information on there menus?
also i am going out to eat tonight so should i save all my calories any tips? thankyou!

I think Pizza Express has calorie information on its website

I noticed in Wetherspoons the other day there is a small section of meals under 500 cals and they include the nutritional information. Not a very varied choice but it's a start!
