Lost 10 lbs in a month

Im 5'6, 24 yrs and currently 138. Overall I lost 15 lbs within 2 months. In the second month I stopped trying to lose weight. Over the course of the year I gained 5lbs but lost 2lbs again and this time im determined to get to my goal weight of 130 lbs. What really helped me was drinking at least 2 liters of water a day or more, the first week I worked out every day to YouTube workouts that told me how many calories id burn in that routine, usually around 300 calories. This allowed for me to intake more calories until I get into a routine and disciplined eating habits. I added veggies to all my meals so that the portions would be bigger with hardly any additional calories for ex. Spaghetti with a cup of broccoli, its really good! Lean cuisines were also a blessing! They helped me keep track of how many calories I was eating and I wouldn't eat anything that I couldn't count the calories of for the first month. I also always kept a bag of baby carrots to munch on all day near by. The second month I didn't count calories anymore but bc I had gotten my portions under control, I still managed to lose 5 lbs. I was also doing a lot of walking due to sightseeing :)
