Delicious Chicken Waldorf Salad!

                    Greetings fellow MFPers! :flowerforyou:
Tonight I made myself this delicious salad for dinner and thought I would share the recipe with you all.
100 grams of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, chopped
2 cups of Baby Spinach
2 Tbs of Half the Fat Mayo
1/2 Medium Granny Smith Apple
1 Celery Stalks
2 Tbs of California Raisins
2 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbs Sliced Almonds
Calories = 384
Chop up apples and sprinkle with lemon juice. Put aside. Combine all the rest of the ingredients and toss. All that is left to do is....ENJOY!
