Today begins my 21 day reset. I've been eating clean for more than 2 years and fell off track in the last 3 months. I am reseting to get back to a healthier me. Day 1.... lets go

Right there with you. I repeatedly have been getting on and falling off the wagon. This is day 3 of my eating healthy again. My goal is to stick with it for the rest of my life, but now, shooting for 1 year. My goal is to get back to a size 4.
It's funny how many challenges life dishes out. My only drug has always been food.
So, to new found motivation and will power!!1 -
