When do you get your groove on?? Just once a day or twice a day?? I'm doing it when ever at this point but would like to do it twice a day so I'm going to do moring and then arvo/night when yours??

Based on the thread title I'm going to assume you are talking about meal timing:
I don't have any rules about it, but generally I do a light meal (or snack - around 300 calories) in the afternoon (usually around 2:00 - 2:30) and a big meal in the evening (somewhere between 8:00 - 9:00 usually).0 -

Mornings. I'm an early riser so like to get it over and done with before work. Mon & Weds I'm up and out at the gym. I use the treadmilll and spin bike. Tues & Thurs I use the TRX machine and Sat mornings I do all that I do during the week: treadmill, bike & machine. Then I go home and have a nap!0

Rarely morning, often lunchtimes or afternoon, often late evening, rarely twice a day, sometimes all day long.0 -
Tuesday and Friday very early morning as it is the only time I can fit it in due to work schedule. Wednesday and Sunday late morning, my preferred time.
The other days are rest days where I just walk, I fit that in as and when.
