Fats

Options
Its 11.06 and I have had breakfast.
I have only 19g of fat left for the day.
Any advice for the rest of the day please. I've not long started the program so it's all a bit new for me.
Thanks
Steve

The default macro suggestions here aren't great, IMO. Just focus on getting your calories together. Once you're better at deliberate eating, you'll learn more about nutrition and can figure out what sort of macro ratios you want to run.

I agree with fiesty_bucket. Focus on calories and perhaps protein (hitting or exceeding the target) at first and maybe note down if you felt satisfied all day, hungry, whatever. Then after a week look at how you were doing vs. the targets and whether you were struggling to hit your calorie goal or felt great.

The MFP macro defaults (protein, fat, carbs) is one reasonable option, but there are a huge variety of good options and people differ. I think when losing weight it's important to keep protein at a good level, but fats vs. carbs is largely personal preference and many of us choose to have higher fat and lower carbs, for example.
