If it was easy, everyone would do it... There would be wall to wall people in the gym; No machines available; No one would be eating at fast food restaurants; Hospitals would be closing; Funeral homes would have older customers... But it's not so easy; so everyone won't do it... But congratulations... If you are reading this... You're doing it!

    Agreed...its far from easy...but so well worth the effort...thanks....everyone usually pretends its a doddle..even when they are struggling......its nice to know we are not alone.

    Love this!!!!! Only the strong one's are doing it, I can't wait for the day when more people are on board and work hard for a healthy life!!!

    You are right on !!! Every day is a challenge !!! Getting up and speed walking 3 miles is a challenge (everyday, well trying) . Life sometimes throws up roadblocks !!! Eating right is a challenge all the time ... But by sheer determination and help from the Lordand of course MFP, I am doing this and I will not stop because even reaching " goal " you can't " stop " exercising and eating healthy , that would defeat your whole weightloss effort ... So to all who struggle as I ... Keep on keepin' on !!! ...blessings...

    Thanks for your replies... This is a great site and so very useful, I cant think of any reason not to make MFP part of my daily routine.

    So true, but the funny thing is that once you get to an ideal weight and get into a good habit of exercise you learn that it is much easier to be fit and healthy than to be obese.
