Youtuber under the page "Flexible Dieting Lifestyle" created this recipe and it is only 108 cals. Perfect for a cut. He has a video up and I really suggest viewing it. Cheers

Thank you for posting this! I googled and found the video. I just tried it with strawberry jello and it was super filling and very tasty, (I forgot to add my whip cream even). A little rich on the cheesecake "frosting" I think 2 or 3 grams would have been enough of the dry cheesecake pudding mix. I will have to experiment more!
For anyone else curious, here is the recipe:
5 grams raspberry fat free sugar free jello mix (I used strawberry)
Prepared with .5 cup boiling water + .5 cup cold water until set in fridge.
Once your jello is set and ready to eat... in a separate bowl combine
4oz of fat free greek yogurt
4 grams of dry fat free sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
1 gram sweetener of choice
Stir for 1 minute and spoon over the top of your jello as the "cheesecake frosting"
Top with approx 40g sliced strawberries
5-10g fat free reddi whip
sprinkles (optional, I did not include in my macros below)
