I have recently started Keto. I had great success the first 8 weeks and I'm down 15lbs. It seems I have stalled out and I am not losing anymore weight. Any suggestions to help me keep losing and to not lose motivation?

Are you counting calories? Keto shows great drops in the first couple of weeks as your glycogen/water stores empty but if you are eating too much of anything (keto or not), weightloss will stall.1

Ditto ^^^.
I do keto as well and accurately counting your calories with a scale is just as important as with any other diet.
Also weight fluctuations are normal. Unless you've been stalled for more than a few weeks, it's no cause for alarm.2 -
Yes I eat 1500 cal daily and around 20-25 grams of net carbs. I'm also pretty active. My weight has stalled for about a week. For a few days in a row I didn't meet my caloric intake and also worked out so maybe my body is holding on to some weight.0

Weight loss isn't linear, it's perfectly normal to have a week here and there when you don't lose weight, even if you're doing everything perfect.3

Hello and welcome OP. I suggest you check out the following main low carber daily forum group here in MFP. It's where most of us Ketophiles tend to hang out:

Awesome! Thanks!0

Your body will hold some every once and a while. See my 1 month chart looks like a 401k chart.

That's about what I was eating while losing. Some weeks I lost 1-4 pounds, other weeks I maintained and on others I gained. One week is just a blip. For some reason the body holds onto weight sometimes. Give it a bit of time to get going again. I bet it will.
Do check out the group linked above. Really helpful people there.0
