Actually, I've been here for a couple years, tracking and progressing. Spent a lot of time trying to mix too many tactics to get the results I wanted. Finally hired a trainer and am on track to complete in the fall (classic physique). Glad I'm not trying to do it on my own.

I'm new to MFP! I started a week ago with portion control and exercise. What a week! LOL but it's been kinda great! I feel in control and maybe it's in my head, but a little lighter0
