                    Hi let me introduce myself you can call me Raspberry.  I am new to MyFitnessPal . I am promoting Good Healthy Living,and good health that comes with eating the right food. Exercising drinking plenty water and getting good rest will help you physical, Mentally, Spiritually. From experience we need Nutrient for the body that we need to grow that is important  for the body is important nutrients that include vitamins, protein and more. It is important what we consume in the body so be very carefully. To much of anything is not good for us. Everybody have there own way of eating and keeping in shape. What is the right way is the question? Do what works for you. It will be best if you educate your self first knowing your body.
