Hey everyone! My name is Jessica, I'm new-ish to this. I didn't use it much when I first created my account but now I'm absolutely READY to be healthy! My long term goal is to lose 160lbs. My current short term goal is to lose 30lbs by my bday (oct 11th). I've been doing super well with my eating habits, just need to start exercising. I started walking on my lunch and breaks so its at least an hour of walking I get in a day. Please feel free to say hi, I need FRIENDS !

    You're on your way!! You can do this!! Getting started is the hardest part, so, you're past that now and nothing but success is in front of you. Find some exercise programs you like, make this a fun journey, where you can celbrate each and every step along the way to your goals. I'm down 60 pounds through mountain biking and I also joined the ymca where I'm involved with the group exercise programs they offer. It's much more fun exercising with a group of people all committed to achieving the same goals as yourself. Remember, if it was easy, everyone would do it!!

    Small changes and getting back at it if (when) I fell off the plan are what worked for me.

    One day at a time, you'll soon be down that 30 pounds and off to a great start.
