Are you able to pack a small cooler or insulated bag? Or are you asking for restaurant suggestions?

My favorite fast food option is Chick fil a grilled nuggets. A 12 count box of nuggets is only like 200 calories. Starbucks has a few low calorie options like their egg bites or some of the protein packs. The good thing about fast food is that the big chains all publish their nurtition facts, so you can check before you eat. Otherwise, I'd also recommend packing your own lunch. I make wraps a lot for lunch on the go - I use Xtreme wellness high fiber tortillas (50 calories each) plus some lunch meat and cheese, put it in a ziploc bag, and throw it in a lunch box with an ice pack.

the little fish tacos from the taqueria place next to my work are about 200 cals each. i have that fairly often. i also take my lunch - salad or leftovers from dinner. and keep lean cuisine type crap in the freezer for those days where i forgot to bring it or dont want a taco.

I mix up a 74g packet of tuna (80 kcal) with 20g of skyr (15 kcal) and some onion (~5g). Put it on a small tortilla (70 kcal) with some spinach and it's a tuna wrap that's way less calorie bomb than the cafeteria's version. Some carrot sticks (40 kcal) and hummus (70 kcal) along side and I have a pretty good but not very high calorie lunch.

About 275 kcal for the whole thing. Add an 154g apple (84 kcal) and it's a pretty filling lunch.

90 g cooked chicken breast in a tortilla wrap with salad, avocado dip and salsa dip, with added jalapenos. Delicious!

Our grocery store has pre-packaged salads. I'm on the road quite a bit and take these in an insulated lunch bag they are easy, filling, and good.
