Haven't lost a single ounce since April 28!!!!! I've Lowered my calorie intake from 1650 to 1300 too. What the heck am I doing wrong? About to loose my mind! Hahaha

    What exercise are you doing? You may also be restricting your intake too much and your body is going into starvation mode by keeping whatever you eat as fat. Make sure you stick to what MFP recommends and step up exercise both cardio and resistance.

    Actually, I'm on my feet all day long from 5am-3pm everyday. Run and tear at work. I'm a dietary aide. It's non stop work. So by the time I'm home I'm beat. Bad knee stops me from doing extra walking after work. I burn tons of calories according to my Fitbit. I just adjusted my calories to what MFP recommended. Let's see if things change. Fingers crossed. Thanks for your input! ☺☺☺☺☺

    Oh I use a scale to measure food. It was a "Diet Center" scale....lol. yea tried that years ago too!
