Chicken breast = tummy ache

Options
Hi all, does anyone else experience tummy ache after eating lean chicken breast (organic from costco)? I mostly eat vegetarian food and a couple times a week I eat chicken (causing tunmy ache for sometime. Did you figure out what causes it?

P.S. I am 33, active and no other health or digestive issues.

Both chicken and turkey upset my stomach. I am fine with beef and pork.

All meat upsets my stomach, so I've gone vegetarian.

Are you buying the "organic", cooked rotisserie chickens? If so, they are pumped with carrageenan & other chemicals, which can cause the symptoms you mention plus many others.

Could be an allergy or intolerance. Try some other protein options.

Wow.. didn't know that- thanks for the headsup. No, I buy raw and cook it at home- usually curries.
