Hi All,

I am having an issue getting my VivoSmart HR + to pair and sync with my Samsung smart phone. Has this happened to anyone else. I've tried to look on the vivosmart website but I could not find any answers that helped.

    What doesn't work? Mine is working normal with the Garmin connect app.

    For some reason, I had a hard time getting the watch to pair with my phone. Then, I had an issue syncing my watch to my phone. I would go to the bluetooth screen, and all I would get was "waiting to connect." But it would not connect. My bluetooth is in the on position on my watch and my phone.

    Have you paired it previously?
    I have a different model, so the instructions might be different, but I had to first go to Menu>Settings>Bluetooth>Pair mobile device. That's how to pair it the first time.
