Loosing weight

I am wanting to loose 50lbs asap. I have come up with a plan but want to see what other think. If I follow this app with watching what I eat, walking a average of 5miles a day (workout and daily errands) and some push ups, sit ups, etc every day. Is that a good plan? I'm struggling.

    Watching what you eat is so much more important than anything else you wrote down. Also, you must have a realistic expectation that losing weight will not happen overnight and will take months.

    The only way to take off weight quickly is unhealthy. Logging your intake is the most important thing. Walking is great exercise. Body with exercises can help shape the results.....look for You Are Your Own Gym, Nerd Fitness, or Convict Conditioning.
